Every system starts as a sketch that only makes sense in the room. Arrows, boxes, a sentence everyone nods at.
The path to production is the moment the sketch starts lying. Data is dirty. Permissions are unclear. The “simple” step needs three systems that do not know each other.
That is why I build something runnable early. Not to impress. To make the lie visible while it is still cheap.
A whiteboard is a promise. A production system is a responsibility. The real work sits in between, and that is what I write about here.
Written by me. The thoughts, the values, the learnings, the mistakes: all mine. Grammar and spelling are corrected by our own twin model, trained on my texts. Sometimes a stumble stays in. That is mine too.
